Dorking's Kuoni site: Developer increases number of flats planned...

The number of flats planned for Dorking's Kuoni site has increased by more than a third, from 85 to 128. Bookham-based developer Stonegate Homes wants to convert and extend Kuoni House and Deepdene Lodge, in Deepdene Avenue, to accommodate the increased homes, according to a planning application sent in to Mole Valley District Council (MVDC).The developer already has permission to convert the office blocks into 85 homes after being granted prior approval to change the use of the site from office...
